Exceptions / non-returnable items

All physical artwork from Silver Heron Prints is specially made to order. Therefore exchanges and returns on any purchased artwork, wall decals/stickers, and wallpaper cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

In the event your order is damaged during shipping, please take clear photos of the item and contact us at hello@silverherondesign.com within 14 days of delivery, with the heading: (Attention: Damaged Order (customer number).

We can then facilitate a replacement or issue a refund (ascertained on a case-by-case basis). Please refer to Australia Post Compensation link below, if you're within Australia and have received a damaged product in transit.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds for items damaged or missing in transit, however we do offer a *replacement product of the same design ordered.

*For a replacement to be sent, the damaged item needs to submitted 'as is' with full contents at your local post outlet for a compensation claim. For missing items, a claim will be raised on our end.
